I don't see any incentives for plagiarism, it seems to me that the risk of it would never be worth it. Besides, it seems like teachers grade on each student's level and if a student has handicaps, like English as a second language, the teacher grades accordingly. I think that plagiarizing would always catch up to you- sooner or later you'll have to be able to write your own paper. So students not only have a moral incentive but also economic. Moral because it's wrong, and economic because it's not worth getting kicked out of a very expensive school. The cost of the school is another incentive, if you are cheating you are not getting your money's worth and are only cheating yourself out of an education.
