When I write i am easily distracted, that is why its important for me to have complete silence. When there is complete silence it forces me to concentrate. Before i actually start writing i like to have an outline or notes for whatever the writing assignment may be. The notes and or outline help me remember the main points that i need to make and what order they should be in. Usually when i am able to start writing i can finish it in one sitting, if i dont finish it in one sitting it will take me even longer to get going again.
